Swan Club Membership
Terms & Conditions

Swan Club Memberships with Swan will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for successive one month terms unless you choose to cancel or your Swan Club Membership is terminated by Swan. Swan Club 1-Year and 2-Year Memberships with Swan are pre-paid, and provide you with an option to renew at the end of the applicable term at the price then in effect.  Your method of payment on file with Swan will continue to be charged where applicable each month at the rate shown on your Swan Club Membership Agreement until membership is cancelled. You are required to notify Swan immediately of any change in your name, billing address, service address, email address, telephone number, credit card, bank or other account information. Swan may terminate monthly membership after two consecutive months of non-payment.

Discount benefits received prior to the end of the first six months of membership may be subject to charge-back in the event of membership cancellation.  Your Swan Club Membership entitles you to a wide range of attractive benefits, including priority service and discounts.  We will attempt to contact you via e-mail, mail or telephone to schedule your free maintenance or you can contact us directly anytime to schedule your appointment. Swan Club Membership benefits are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of your benefits is not refundable.

Swan Club Membership Billing

For monthly automatically-renewing memberships, the first monthly payment is collected at the time of service. After that, monthly payments will be collected based on the date of commencement shown on your Swan Club Membership Agreement:

  • Commencement Dates of 1st – 15th will be billed on the 15th of each month.
  • Commencement Dates of 16th – 31st will be billed on the 30th of each month.
